1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CV by PostAmico, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

2. Service Description

CV by PostAmico is a resume and CV building platform with manual editing tools and AI-assisted workflows such as import, enhancement, scoring, job-fit analysis, cover letter generation, and interview preparation. Features may change as we iterate on beta feedback.

3. Beta Status and Availability

The product is currently in beta. During beta:

  • Manual resume building remains free.
  • AI features are available for testing but may be rate-limited to protect service quality.
  • Feature behavior and limits may change without prior notice.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict AI access if usage appears abusive, automated, or harmful to platform reliability.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your resume content and uploads. By using the service, you grant us the right to process that content to provide core and AI-assisted functionality.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • No scraping, abuse automation, or bypass attempts against platform limits.
  • No malicious files, prompt abuse, or behavior intended to degrade service for others.
  • No unlawful use of generated outputs or third-party intellectual property violations.

7. Billing and Pricing

Billing is not active in this beta phase. Any pricing information shown in the product is exploratory and may change. We currently collect interest and pricing feedback only. Subscription terms, payment processor details, cancellation, and refund policies will be published before paid plans go live.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI output is assistive and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all generated text before submission to employers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV by PostAmico is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

10. Termination and Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for severe abuse indicators. Where possible, we prefer AI-only restrictions over full account suspension.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
