  • Resume data: content you create or import, including uploaded PDF inputs.
  • AI usage telemetry: feature usage events, warning/block signals, and aggregate metrics for reliability and abuse prevention.
  • Feedback and interest data: product feedback submissions and Pro-interest form entries.
  • Operational logs: technical logs needed for security, debugging, and service health monitoring.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide core resume builder functionality.
  • Generate AI-assisted outputs when requested by you.
  • Apply usage safeguards to limit abuse and keep AI services stable.
  • Improve product quality and prioritize roadmap decisions from beta feedback.
  • Prepare pricing and packaging decisions using market and feature-interest signals.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with required service providers:

  • AI providers: only when needed to generate requested outputs.
  • Infrastructure providers: storage, hosting, and analytics needed to run the product.
  • Legal compliance: where disclosure is required by law or valid legal process.

Payments are not active in beta. We do not currently process card transactions in this phase.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect platform data. No system is perfect, but we actively review and improve security controls as the product grows.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to deliver the service, enforce safeguards, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to required retention obligations.

  • Delete your account (subject to legal and operational requirements).
  • Use manual builder features without relying on AI outputs.
  • Submit or skip Pro-interest and feedback forms.

Users may access the service from multiple regions. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the services in use.
